The Home Builders Group team was excited to celebrate alongside homebuilder client Kittle Homes as they walked away with not one, but two Gold Awards for Best Building Design at this year’s OBIE Awards presented by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. Kittle was recognized as the Gold Award winner as the Best Building Design (Attached) $300k – $399k as well as Best Building Design (Attached) $400 – $499k. Taking home the win in the $400s category was a townhome design from the popular Madison Trace community located in Lawrenceville. The winning design in the $300s category was built at The Preserve at Killian Hill, another premier townhome community in Lilburn.

Presented each year by the GAHBA’s Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards began in 1980 to recognize outstanding achievement in the home building industry. Named after the obelisk shape of the award, the OBIE Awards are considered a premier award in the Atlanta home building industry. Kittle’s two gold awards in Best Building Design recognize the team’s excellence in architectural design, planning and craftsmanship.
