Joan Hertz

Owner

Joan Hertz has more than 35 years of experience in new home sales and sales management. She has an extensive background in general real estate, first obtaining her real estate license in 1982. Over her career, Joan has been recognized for her sales success, particularly in the new homes arena. She was named a Top New Home Sales Agent for twenty years, has previously been voted the Top Georgia New Homes Sales Person and is a Phoenix Award recipient recognizing two decades as a top producer in metro Atlanta.
A native of London, Joan studied literature, philosophy, arts and architecture in Rome. She subsequently lived in Germany before her move to the United States and is fluent in English and Italian with additional proficiency in German. Today, she enjoys travel and spending time with her husband and family which now includes five grandchildren.

Daniel Hawkins

Daniel is a Monroe GA native and is passionate about the area he lives in. He is a young agent with with a strong sense of honesty and ambition. From the first phone call to the closing table, Daniel works extremely hard to positively represent you in every possible way! He is one of the youngest Real Estate Brokers in Georgia. Michelle Healy

Selling new home communities and resale homes since 2016, Michelle has been named the Top Sales Producer 10-15 Million Plus category for three years in a row 2019, 2020, &2021. Michelle has had the pleasure to work with Coldwell Banker, Prestige Brokers, and now Home Builder’s Group of Georgia. Her years of experience has been with the following prestigious builders and their communities that she was the onsite agent for: HRC Construction, Kittle Homes, Stonecrest Homes, Brent Boyd Custom Homes, and Arkan Homes.

In working with builders, she has assisted in picking design elements for both the interior and exterior of the homes along with plan redesign. She also has worked resale buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing of homes in the Gwinnett, Fulton and Cherokee county areas.

Laurie Sellers

As a Realtor with over 20 years of experience in New Construction, Laurie has been very successful in representing some of the best builders in Atlanta with strong ties to Cherokee County including Downtown Woodstock, Cobb, Fulton and Forsyth counties. With experience in Custom, Semi Custom and Production she adapts easily to change and is able to work thru challenges including changing markets. Laurie prides herself in being a loyal team player which in turn makes for successful outcomes. Throughout he career, she has worked from realtor sales, first time home buyers, investment properties, HOA, and Property Management. Lauren Roman

Realtor®, New Home Sales

After graduating from UGA, the University of Georgia, with a degree in Real Estate, Lauren began working with a high-end boutique real estate firm in Atlanta, Georgia as their Business and Marking Coordinator. She was responsible for producing offering memorandums, ran and organized the weekly meetings, tracked contract dates, and put together marketing strategies for land deals all over Georgia. During her time with this company, she was able to obtain her real estate license which allowed her the ability to branch off and begin her own companies Roman Realty, LLC and LRE Real Estate, LLC.

These companies specialize in for sale, rent and buy income properties. She’s also the property manager for Castle Homes Property Management where she manages over 80 rental properties in the Columbus, GA area. Working with sellers, renters and income property has given her the skill to join Kittle Homes LLC. and work in the New Homes Division. Lauren looks forward to a long real estate partnership
